Punta Arenas. Patagonia. The southernmost part of the Americas and the closest inhabited land to Antarctica is home to the Alpha Breaks Extraterrestrial Research Laboratories.
The Alpha Breaks experimentalists have been running training programs and scientific sessions on early electronics improvisational techniques and have been transmitting abstract beat messages for many years, in search of life forms on other planets.
POLAR, the man behind Alpha Breaks, wrote an audio manual
of 'Pieces & Prototypes' in Chile and handed it over to our Nekubi hq in Greece in order to decode and spread it to the wider beat scientific world.
As you already know, we are notorious for attracting loners that work from the shadows and experiment from their isolated remote bases around the world so, after a long term online friendship with the Alpha Breaks founder, it was the right time cycle for his debut installation on Nekubi.
